Brittany Acton and Nicole Bangs are our featured speakers. They will discuss Hiring & Supporting Employees with Intellectual Disabilities.
In this session, Brittany and Nicole will go through some of the barriers to employment faced by people with intellectual disabilities, as well as how Inclusion Saskatchewan has found a path to continuous improvement in the organization’s recruitment and retention strategies. They will demonstrate the benefits of inclusive hiring practices and share where you can find support in ensuring success for both the employer and employee.
